Heartbeat - The Musical

On the 6th of November 2016, I was commissioned to photograph “Heartbeat-The Musical” produced by Lufodo Productions @MusonCentre. I equipped my self with my Canon 5D Mark III and Canon 6D. I knew fully well that I will not be allowed to  use my flash so I also packed two high speed L lenses that all  go up to 1:2,8.

I was technically ready. But when the play started I was not prepared at all for what unfolded in front of me. The play was captivating from the first second, loaded with energy and full of highly skilled talents, so the first two minutes I totally forgot to take images.

From the images you can see that the lighting of the stage was impeccable. What you can not see is the quality of the sound. So I will tell you: The music, the songs and lyrics were of international standard and the actors delivered flawlessly and put all their emotions into their delivery.

One of the actors (@thintalltony) I later invited into my studio where I shot the cover image of this blog entry among others.

Here's their performance schedule:

November 10 – December 18, 2016

Weekdays: 7 pm

Week ends: 3pm and 7pm

Venue: Muson Centre Agip Hall
